Lectures
Revisit an explanation without trying to copy every sentence.
Listen to the explanation without trying to write every word. Record a permitted lecture with UMEVO Note ONE, then review a transcript, an organized summary, and a mind map after class.

University lectures, professional development, seminars, and training sessions often deserve more than a page of rushed notes.

Revisit an explanation without trying to copy every sentence.
Organize unfamiliar terms and points to practise.
Keep discussion themes and unresolved questions for the next session.
Capture the session as it happens, then turn it into notes you can study from.
Check battery and storage before recording. Low battery or full storage does not automatically save a recording.
Use an outline for the main ideas, a concept structure for connections, and a custom summary format for review questions.
Observation, interviews, and testing answer different kinds of questions.
Define the question before choosing a method or recruiting participants.
Distinguish a recurring theme from an isolated comment.
What do you need to learn?
Observation → behaviour; interviews → perspectives; testing → response to a proposed solution.
Check method names and definitions against the course material.
When would an interview be the wrong choice?
Which assumption should the next study test?
What evidence would make you reconsider the initial finding?
Three UMEVO capabilities chosen for this use. Product images show the real App and device.
With Private Cloud Sync enabled, recordings, transcripts, summaries, mind maps, and text edits stay available across UMEVO App and Web.
Import MP3, WAV, or M4A. Export reviewed text as TXT, SRT, DOCX, or PDF.
Private Cloud Sync is on by default. Turning it off stops future syncing, not online AI uploads, and does not delete previously synced content. Local device recordings are not encrypted. Shared links open without sign-in; share deliberately and revoke when needed.

Meet UMEVO Note ONE, with independent recording, Bluetooth transfer, and optional Wi-Fi Fast Transfer to UMEVO App.
Up to approximately 50 hours with the screen off. Actual recording time varies with settings and use; available storage also matters.
No. The current workflow generates content after recording. UMEVO supports 114 transcription languages, but not mixed-language transcription within one audio file.
The device’s default file segmentation is three hours; this is not a three-hour limit for an entire recording session. Battery and available storage still determine how long you can record.
You can view and export the mind map as JPEG or Markdown. Editing or separately regenerating the mind map is not currently supported.
Reconnect Note ONE to UMEVO App. Open All Files → From Device → Meeting Mode or Call Mode. Select the recording and tap Add to List. It will then appear in your list for transcription and summary generation. Stop and save before transferring; Bluetooth is the default transfer method, with optional Wi-Fi Fast Transfer available.
No. Generate the transcript, summary, and mind map after you stop and save the recording. AI generation requires internet. Note ONE can record independently, and saved device audio can transfer to your phone without internet.
Yes. Sign in at web.umevo.ai with the same account. With Private Cloud Sync enabled, content and text edits sync between App and Web. Both support audio import, transcript and summary editing, and exports. App and Web share the same allowance balance. Mind maps can be viewed and exported, not edited.
