What to know when using Note ONE for phone calls.

Can I use Bluetooth earbuds or speakerphone?

No. CALL Mode is for phone-earpiece conversations. Speakerphone, wired earphones, and Bluetooth earphones are not supported.

Does CALL Mode record WhatsApp or WeChat calls?

No. Do not use this mode as a recorder for WhatsApp, WeChat, or other internet calls.

Is CALL Mode a built-in phone recording app?

No. Note ONE records using its contact-vibration sensor and saves audio on the device. UMEVO App manages the transferred files and performs AI processing after recording.

How do I find a recording made without the App?

Reconnect Note ONE to UMEVO App. Open All Files → From Device → Meeting Mode or Call Mode. Select the recording and tap Add to List. It will then appear in your list for transcription and summary generation. Stop and save before transferring; Bluetooth is the default transfer method, with optional Wi-Fi Fast Transfer available.

Do AI features work while I am recording?

No. Generate the transcript, summary, and mind map after you stop and save the recording. AI generation requires internet. Note ONE can record independently, and saved device audio can transfer to your phone without internet.

Can I continue in UMEVO Web?

Yes. Sign in at web.umevo.ai with the same account. With Private Cloud Sync enabled, content and text edits sync between App and Web. Both support audio import, transcript and summary editing, and exports. App and Web share the same allowance balance. Mind maps can be viewed and exported, not edited.
