New users receive 30,000 free transcription minutes per month for the first 3 months! This benefit is applied automatically when you first activate your UMEVO Note One. Your monthly allowance refreshes based on your activation date.
After the 3-month benefit ends, your account automatically returns to our free Starter Plan, with 400 transcription minutes every month.
If you need more than your free monthly allowance, choose the option that best fits your workflow:
• Option 1: Upgrade to Pro or MAX
Subscribe to one of our annual plans:
- Pro: 1,800 transcription minutes per month for $69.99/year — equivalent to $5.83/mo.
- MAX: Unlimited transcription for $149.99/year — equivalent to $12.50/mo.
Monthly billing is also available: Pro at $7.99/mo or MAX at $19.99/mo.
• Option 2: Pay-As-You-Go Minute Packs
Remain on the free Starter Plan and purchase additional minutes as needed. All minute packs are valid for 2 years:
- 120 minutes — $2.49
- 600 minutes — $9.49

Unused free or promotional minutes do not carry over to the next monthly cycle. Separately purchased minute packs retain their remaining balance within their 2-year validity period.
