A magnetic AI voice recorder that connects everyday conversations with transcription, summaries, and the UMEVO App and Web workflow.

A useful conversation does not always happen at your desk. It might be a meeting, a lecture, a client call, or an idea you want to capture before it slips away. Recording preserves the conversation. Making sense of it afterward is the next step.
Meet UMEVO Note One, our new magnetic AI voice recorder designed to connect those two parts of the process. With dedicated NOTE and CALL modes, direct Wi-Fi file transfer, and AI tools in the UMEVO App, it brings recording and content organization into one workflow.
The idea is simple: capture the conversation, transfer it when you are ready, and turn the recording into material you can review, export, and use.
One Recorder for Meetings and Phone Calls
Note One supports two recording modes for different situations.
NOTE Mode is for in-person meetings, lectures, interviews, and voice memos. Place the recorder on a table to capture a discussion, or use it to save a spoken idea. It gives you a dedicated device for recording while you stay engaged with the conversation.

CALL Mode is for phone conversations, with Note One attached to the back of your phone using its magnetic case. Select the appropriate mode before you start recording; the physical mode switch keeps that choice on the device itself.

Follow applicable recording rules and obtain any required consent before recording a conversation.
Record Without Your Phone. Transfer When You Are Ready.
After you activate Note One through the UMEVO App for the first time, you can record directly on the device without keeping your phone connected or having internet access. The original audio is stored locally on Note One.
That separation matters. You do not have to process a recording as soon as you make it. Capture a discussion now, then transfer the file and organize its contents when it fits your schedule.
Wi-Fi file transfer connects Note One directly to your phone. It does not require a router, an existing Wi-Fi network, an internet connection, or a data cable. Transferring a recording also leaves the original file on the recorder.

There is an important distinction: recording and device-to-phone transfer can work offline, but transcription, summaries, mind maps, translation, and Ask AI require internet access.
Turn Audio Into Content You Can Work With
Once your recording is in the UMEVO App, AI tools help you move from listening to reviewing.
Transcription and summaries are generated together. The transcript gives you a written version of the conversation, while the summary helps you review its main points. Speaker recognition helps distinguish voices in a multi-person discussion, and mind maps offer a visual way to organize the content.
Translation and Ask AI add other ways to work with a recording. Translate content when you need it in another language, or ask follow-up questions about the material to help locate details and explore what was discussed.
For a meeting, that might mean reviewing a decision and returning to the relevant part of the conversation. For a lecture or interview, it might mean turning a long recording into notes you can revisit. Review AI-generated content against the original audio before relying on important details.
When you are ready to use the results elsewhere, supported exports include:
- Audio: MP3 and WAV.
- Transcripts and summaries: TXT, SRT, DOCX, and PDF.
- Mind maps: JPEG and Markdown.
Continue on a Bigger Screen With UMEVO Web
Capturing a conversation on the go and reviewing it at a computer are different parts of the same task. Note One works with the UMEVO App on your phone and UMEVO Web in your computer's browser.
Enable Private Cloud Sync to synchronize original audio, transcripts, summaries, and mind maps between the app and UMEVO Web. You can then return to supported content from a larger screen instead of keeping the entire review process on your phone.

Cloud synchronization is optional. Turning it off stops synchronization but does not remove content already stored in the cloud. You can still upload recordings for AI processing with synchronization turned off.
A Distinctive Design for Everyday Recording
Note One's slim magnetic design combines a hexagonal front pattern with a contrasting upper panel that places the display, mode switch, and recording button together. The layout keeps the main recording controls on the device, while the UMEVO App handles the work that comes after capture.
The two color options—Anodized Black and Matte White—give the same recording workflow a different look. Whether you place it on a meeting table or attach it to your phone for a call, Note One is designed to fit into your day rather than become another screen demanding your attention.
Start With 30,000 Free Transcription Minutes per Month
New users receive 30,000 free transcription minutes per month for their first three months. The benefit is applied automatically when you first activate UMEVO Note One, and the monthly allowance refreshes based on your activation date.

After the three-month benefit ends, your account automatically returns to the free Starter plan with 400 transcription minutes per month. If you need more, you can choose Pro with 1,800 minutes per month, MAX with unlimited transcription, or separately purchased minute packs.
Unused free or promotional minutes do not carry over to the next monthly cycle. Separately purchased minute packs are valid for two years.
If your transcription allowance runs out, you can still record, transfer, and play audio, and export content that has already been generated. New transcripts and summaries require additional available transcription minutes.
Capture the Conversation. Keep What Matters.
UMEVO Note One brings dedicated recording, direct Wi-Fi transfer, AI content organization, and App-to-Web access into a connected workflow. It is built for the conversations you want to capture—and the notes you want to take away from them.
Record now. Make sense of it when you are ready.
